WORLD BEE DAY
On the occasion of World Bee Day, a series of educational and creative activities were organized in our classroom with the aim of making students aware of the importance of bees for nature and human life. At the beginning of the day, the students wrote on the "jars" what types of honey there are, wrote stories and poems about bees and honey. They solved textual mathematical problems respecting the topic of the day. In the creative part of the activity, students colored drawings. One of the most interesting moments was when they had the opportunity to wear a real beekeeping suit and taste honey, which further awakened their curiosity and enabled learning through personal experience. At the end of the day, a knowledge competition was held - a quiz with questions about bees, their role in nature, the products we get thanks to them and how we can contribute to their protection. A day to remember.
